DASHH LOOKS AT MARC GAFNI'S ALLEGEDLY TROUBLED PAST
See this post which provides links and also considers the source of the allegations, in a way that looks for truth and is clearly not intended as a witchhunt. This is very courageous and I'm glad DASHH is investigating.
After checking out the links, I think the following statement pretty much sums it up my attitude towards this Gafni-swirl. It is taken from the short article "Response to Rabbi Berman from one of the Gafni Survivors", found waaaay down on this page:
"The fact that Gafni is a charismatic and effective speaker and writer is irrelevant when serious charges of rape/ sexual abuse of minors and sexual abuse/harrassment of a young adult are the issues."
Yes, those are the issues, and if true, it really doesn't matter how bright Gafni is.
